Grace Dinah Mwanza is a results-oriented member of the MBN Law team with expertise in constitutional rights, debt recovery, employment and labour relations, insurance claims, and civil and commercial litigation. She has deep experience in governance, policy creation, law reform, and constitutional and human rights, and handles incorporation of companies, NGOs, and societies.She has practiced dispute resolution before the Commercial Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, and tribunals including the Business Premises Rent Tribunal and the Cooperative Tribunals. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a Certified Secretary (CS).
