Frerick Nyamiaka is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a founding partner of the firm, with expertise in commercial law, commercial litigation, corporate tax law, insurance law, trust law, and dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration). He has represented numerous insurance companies in accident cases, claims arising from insurance policies, third-party risks, and workmen’s compensation and general insurance disputes. His commercial knowledge and litigation experience help clients approach negotiations practically and effectively. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
